Buying items should be as hassle free as possible and that’s why we have a couple of options for you to choose from.
By far, the best way to bid is online, directly through our website. Simply register to bid with us and then each time you visit you will be remembered and can bid live online.
Collecting Your Items
If your bid is successful, and you intend to collect in person, you will need to book a collection appointment. Please contact us to arrnage a convenient date and time for you to collect your item(s).
In the event you are unable to collect your purchases in person, we do offer a delivery service. This service costs 0.20p per mile, calculated from the TR1 postcode to any address in Cornwall.
Lot(s) must be collected/delivered within seven days of the end date of the auction, unless otherwise agreed. After the initial 7 days, if items are not collected we reserve the right to charge £2 + VAT, per day for storgae. This rate will rise to £10 + VAT after 30 days.
You can all our call center, we are open on weekdays from 9:00AM to 8:00PM and on weekends from 9:00AM to 1:00PM
